    Hey Josh…it’s more about understanding the carbs. My abs happened more via diet than actual specific moves. Hope that helps. :)

    Is it normal to feel like someone punched you real hard on the stomach after you do the excersises?

    Eat less, walk more = loss of weight, rocket science it aint, haha stop blaming a over active thyroid . IT’S only will power swampdonkey :) Lesson 2 around this tome tomorrow lol.

    Flattening your stomach is not about doing abdominal exercises. It’s about lowering body fat percentage. Any muscle you develop will help you lose stomach fat simply because all muscles burn fat. Losing fat comes from doing cardio, eating right and developing ALL major muscle groups.

    <— I have a video in my channel for whoever wants to develop abs. Seriously, if you’re trying to get abs (or just a flat stomach), you should watch it. It will definitely save you from some misconceptions.

    just eat healthy food so you eat properly, doing all of that while eating well will give yu great abs.. but remember this is to TONE your abs, so you have to already have them in the first place..

    I have done these for a month now and lost 1 stone, mostly fat of my stomach just by doing the exercise.

    Oh and running 20 mile a day, shitting 4 times a day and eating nothing but nuts, apart from that this really does work :)

    Also, I believe there are countless possibilities better than Boss, specially for overdrive/distortion. Boutique quality often comes with a high price tho you may say, but there are a few companies that have really high standards and are not overpriced. Barber as my favorite for example. Barber pedals (specially overdrive and compressor) are among the highest standards of quality and tone, are played by really picky players, and they cost less the 130 bucks. Definitely worth checking out

    I'm not a body builder, but a powerlifter, so I'm sure it's not my gym either – I'd get thrown out after the first deadlift session.
    Still, a funny commercial, clearly reaffirms I don't belong in planet fitness…and that people aspire today to be mediocre?

    It does sound normal. Sometimes I experience more soreness when toning because I do higher reps. When bulking I aim for 5-8 reps. I don't think there is much difference in calories burned between workouts. You will burn more calories when you spend more time working out.
