fist time we were struggling so bad, haha, but now we do this with no problem^^ except for the last excersize… none of us can do that one…
s it good to do this workout everyday on your abs and then follow it up with dunbells. Or should i be letting my muscle rest for a couple days and then carry on with this workout and dunbells.
Has any one got an answer to this

I’ve been doing these Fitness Corner aerobics for more than 2 months now and I recently went hiking with some friends in the Black Hills next to Mt. Rushmore. It’s just beautiful out there! Everyone was out of breath, and wanted to stop, but I wanted to keep on going. *lol*
It does sound normal. Sometimes I experience more soreness when toning because I do higher reps. When bulking I aim for 5-8 reps. I don't think there is much difference in calories burned between workouts. You will burn more calories when you spend more time working out.
doubles to me is one of the hardest ones.. but its also for sport specific endurance for doing the cardio x in the morning and the other workout in the afternoon.
do i have to have an annoying girl saying one two with a terrible R&B drummer or not? will it add value to my workout?

Workout the abs every other day. Dumbells present no problem to this.
