hello, i started the 3 workouts (thighs,belly,butt) just a week ago,so i couldn’t already have results. but i wanted to ask someone that has been doing this butt workout for some time already,does it really work?? i mean do you see any difference on your butt? and how long does it take? thanks a lot.

if you are actually fat you need to do some sort of aerobic exercise too, in order to burn off the fat. Pilates are a great way to tone muscle, but you can’t tone fat! Good luck!!!
@ambi101 yea true that.. yea so it has to be really a mixture of fruit and vegetables right, but i can eat other stuff but have to quit out on the sugar and fats ??? okay letme tell you what i do and reply me back if its okay or not, need more or what… in the morning i have a medium breakfast since its the start of the day and u need energy, between breakfast and lunch, i have fruitsandnuts, for lunch i have a sandwich, then later in afternoon, i excercise for1hr&then hav dinner be4 5or6pm.
@dkaurNZ no dieting almost never works.. you want the best results you have to do a total lifestyle change.. that includes changing your eating habits exercising and drinking more water than sugary drinks.. Eating a good breakfast is key you don’t want to eat to large of a breakfast or to small of a breakfast.. after that you can eat 6 small healthy meals throughout the day.. and I usually don’t eat anything after 8pm maybe a light snack like animal crackers or those 100 calorie snacks
@ambi101 okaay thanks lol hope im not annoying u too much hehe.ya i do drink atleast 2 litres a day but nevr had that 15 min break im gonna try that. im sooo eager i just cant wait, you kno wana get the body that ur satisfied with.. lol. haha and um last question sorry, um did you like diet or anything ? i eat my small dinner before 5-6 and youre meant to have a gud enuff breakfast right ? coz its the start of the day ?
@dkaurNZ Yes thats ok to do.. I would say take a 15min break in between workouts letting your body cool down and then working it back up is a great way to burn calories make sure you also eat a small meal before and after you workout… drinking lots of water also flushes out toxins and fat.. I drink about 2-3 liters a day I just by those 1 liter water bottles you’ll see results. I used to be 155 once I started drinking more water and working out I lost about 13lbs in less than 6months

um just wanted to ask, um i dance for half an hour and then i straight go onto my pilates, the thighs, butt and the belly videos. um is that a okaay workout if i want to loose weight? and if it does make a difference, do you have an idea of how long it will take to show results ? just asking thort you’re pro at this ehehe. thanks though :)
@dkaurNZ depends on how long you workout how much your’re eating what your’re eating and drinking cut out all pop and sugary drinks cut down on junk food.. I stopped drinking pop 5 months ago and within the first 2 months I lost 10lbs.. you’ll see your body tone up in about 2-3 months especially if you workout everyday.. I’m working out 2hrs a day .. if you want I can share my playlists with you so you see what workouts I use.. I’m currently working on getting my abs more toned

its so easy to watch and good for workout because she doesnt talk an hour before she starts the workout like some others do in their videos.

unfortunately this type of exercise will not shape the butt, only a bit ..muscle needs to be constantly overloaded in order to get stronger and better..so hit the gym and do your weight training..

@dkaurNZ lol yea I don’t recommend you work for 2hrs a day though.. I’m just more athletic so I suggest 30-40mins is good

If you have excess muscle sagging hanging around there, doing squats or kneeling on all fours and lifting your leg up backwads should help tone.
However, a 'girl butt' is an attractive feature to some. I like a nice butt on a guy XD
