@akdixiepixie – As Foxyjuju said, you get 2 days a week off. It’s three days of weights, two of cardio (one usually being cardio-with-weights) and two days off. Just pull up “Chalean Extreme schedule” in your favorite search engine; several people have already posted it.

    @Akdixiepixie ..
No you do get rest days.. I think its 2 days of rest or something a week?? But the workouts are like 30-45 minutes on the days you do have to do them.. not that long compared to the workouts in the P90X program

I did this program last spring. In my first 30 days alone I lost over 15 inches. The best part, though, is that I no longer suffer from the excruciating pain I used to suffer from a back injury. This program has changed my life!

For what its worth do one or the other to its fullest incorporating the entire system. Dont combine the two unless you are a seasoned excersizer. It’ll be information overload to the novice. Here is a rule of thumb. If you never excersized then start with TJ to develop the discipline in excersize and to have the body be accustomed to movement. After youve completed the entire TJ course, then move on to CE. The body will be prepped by then.

For what its worth please do not choose the bowflex dumbell set. Its too bulky and awkward to use shoud you add more pounds to the workout. A better product is called Powerblock. its short and stout and the plate changes are easier. The excersizes are easier to do with the Powerblock. Look into it even if my opinion is worth 2cents. LOL.

I plan on taking this 90 day challenge come sept! I just started working out recently by using Turbo Jam, crunches and resistance bands (soon will be adding in 10 minute trainer for toning).

I am soo excited to try this eventually! I really want to build those muscles and I freaking love Chalene!

I go by pounds, so you will have to convert. To start I had 5, 8, 10, 15 and 20 pounds. Now I am using up to 25 and 30 pound weights. Chalene uses bowflex weighttech dumbbells which look cool but I am not sure how long they would last with lots of use.

have been doing the turbo jam and is going to do this soon.
Any1 has any idea what are the weight of e dumbbells should i buy?

    A set of 3kg,5kg and 10kg
    OR 3kg, 7kg and 10kg?
    Or other?
I am not sure if i need the 12kg and / or 15 kg.

You shoul do the program they way it was designed for the best results. Chalene herself as addressed the cardio issue and you can do cardio up to 5-6 days a week for better results. I incorporate 2-3 extra Turbo Workouts a week. LOVE it

    Hi Every1!

Congrats to those who enjoy n seen results using the program.

I just got CEprogram and Turbo Jam. (birthday gift)
My main goal is to lose fat.
    Height 166cm 63kg

Beside eating right healthy, is it ok to combine the two program together?
Or should I just do the Turbo Jam?

I was wondering will I lose weight faster straighting doing the CE program – Lean phase?

chalean extreme is totall different from turbo jam. turbo jam is cardio mostly. CLX is a heavy weights based 90 day program. you should keep TJ!

I guess I just need a definition of “extreme right” and “extreme left”. Many people believe that Limbaugh is extreme right, but if that's the case, shouldn't Von Brunn be considered “extreme extreme right”? I just can't associate the talk radio crowd with those who would use violence.

Also, if talk radio is dividing the country (and I think you have a legitimate reason to think this), then I believe one must include cable news channels, newspapers, universities, etc. as helping to widen the divide, too.

Did I convolute that question enough? Are you saying that 'extreme cases' define injustice (and therefore warrant state action), or are you saying that 'extreme cases' of injustice warrant state-action?

To restate, is 'extreme cases' a reference to justice as a whole, or is 'extreme cases' a reference to a sub-section of justice whose gravity requires state intervention?

a part is an arbitrary unit of measurement.. its more about proportions. You can substitute any unit for part.

For example, you could do 2 cups of ingredient A and 3-1/2 cups of B. Or use teaspoons. Or gallons, if you'd like. As long as you do 2 of A and 3-1/2 of B, it'll turn out just the same.

If you want an extreme tasting food, buy durian. Durian is the "fruit" that some people say it taste like sweet custard while a majority of the people thinks it taste like rotting onions. I'm part of the majority who thinks durian taste like rotting onions.

Restoring Shampoo deeply cleanses away dirt, debris and excess oils with care and gentleness while preparing the hair for restorative treatment. Sunflower and grapefruit extracts work with provitamin B5 to strengthen, revive and add extreme shine. Impurities are removed, and the hair is gradually returned to a healthy state.

Im not doing anything THAT extreme but I am getting airbrushed makeup. It's 375 dollars for just me or just me and up to two other girls so my maid of honor and matron of honor are getting theirs done too…Its expensive but it will be worth it because makeup doesn't hold to my face very well and its usually gone within a couple of hours..I want to look great throughout the entire event….it's all waterproof too except the lipstick lol

It depends on your sexe and build. I think under 1000 calories would be way too extreme for anyone. For women with average activity levels, I think 1100-1200 would be what I would call moderately extreme but not starving. Men would need more calories, obviously. With that amount of calories, you would definitely loose a lot of weight.
