Oh that is unpleasant! When I was hurting from being on the computer too much when I first started working I used a Dynaflex Powerball. But something tells me that you're going to need more than that for tendinitis. Did you go to the doctor?
If I were to win a powerball lottery ticket it would be at minimum over 1 million dollars and if I timed things out properly I could accomplish each of these goals over years of time; the interest from having it in the bank would be about 100,000 a year and I would hope I can live off of that lol. You'd be right if it were a smaller lottery like that Badger one (i forget what it's called) but here's the hypothetical if I won the powerball this wednesday:

I broke mine by spinning it up too high. The MFG denied the “lifetime warranty” even though they admitted if you do spin these up too strong you can brake the axles.
