    I'm heading to Sipadan this July, so it's great reference to find the top dive sites here! Thx! :)
    Have been to Manado, namely the Lembeh Straits you mentioned. If you love muck dive, it's the most amazing place to find treasures! :)
    Bali has very very challenging dive sites. Watch out for the very rare < Mola . The Liberty wreck's great, schools of bumphead parrotfish!

    Joe personified and carried himself with class. Many wonderful things can be said about Joe, but that seems to be the main word. He was always humble when victorious which was nearly every fight and he carried himself in a quiet and dignified manner. Yes with the immortal "Brown Bomber" Joe Louis, the main word that comes to my mind is CLASS!

    ok first you need to go inside team aquas hideout in lilycove city.

    after that surf east until you get to mossdeep city.

    once there go to stevens house ( the one far left of the gym ) and he will give you dive . hope this helps you out =)

    P.S. must defeat gym leader to use !!!! =)

    I hope soon, but they are not going to be eliminated unless there is a good ref. what is up with the refs? as far as the attacker tripping, I don't think that he tripped. That was definately a dive. And that was a goal threatening situation when Chipperfield got fouled by materazzi. I think that it deserved a red card.

    i know, i read an article that said he is a disgrace.

    Planking is an endurance exercise. I suppose you will lose weight if you eat the right foods; whole grains, vegetables, fruits, very very low fats. You'll build your core; abs, obliques. How long you should hold it is dependent on you. I'd hold it until you fall/fail. Anywhere from 2-5 sets. It depends on how physically fit you are now. You will lose weight doing planks if you combine them with other simple exercises like jumping jacks, pushups or crunches and eat correctly. Goodluck!
