One of the finest passages of rugby in the Guinness Premiership in recent years. A wonder match between Gloucester and Wasps.

    @BillyWizzY2K No they were thinking of it a couple of years ago but due to fans protest and planning permission it is not going to happen. It has happend to the main grandstand opposite the shed to make it bigger, and the club want to expand the shed to make it 6k terrace.

    @MasterStroke1981 The problem is he’s been very unluck with injury, every time he’s about to get picked big competion coming up injury or illness, he never gets to prove it an international level.

    Come on be fair Glos really are the top team in the last 7 seasons won the premiership 3 times, if it wasn’t for the stupid playoff rule that makes a total joke of the league they’d be champions. Why be consistently good when it all goes down to a one off winner takes all game, there knock out cups for that.

    @KissMeQuk
    No one gets b12 from their diet. B12 is made by bacteria, but most people eat it through “enriched” food. They’re essentially taking a supplement. Many people do have absorbtion issue, though. Look into intrinsic factor.

    October 13th, 2010 at 19:33 | #28

    What about vitamin B12??? Isn’t that a vitamin that we need and can only get it from meat or meat by product or a supplement??? I hear we only need a little, yet my brother was diagnosed by a doctor to be low on vitamin B12. My brother eats chicken and fish, yet low on vitamin B12. His body may not be able to absorb this vitamin, I’ve been told… Can a vegan get B12 from their diet???

    @okvideos5 but you have to eat the right fruits and vegetables (like corn and beans in order to get all your proteins) and you have to eat a lot of it, too.

    Great to hear starting at 1:26. I now use 100% coconut oil, which melts at 76 degrees. All organic and unprocessed. You dont need much either. This is by Omega Nutrition. Recommended by my nutritionalist who has helped in so many ways. I even use the coconut oil in my aromatherapy blends for moisturizor for the face or where ever its needed. Again, thank you.
