    I realize this isn't the “famous” Fuller (flat-iron) Building on 5th Ave. in NY, but flat-iron speaks to its shape rather than a specific building. In other words, there are lots of flat-iron buildings around. The Gooderham Building in Toronto is also a flat-iron building, for instance, as it shares the triangle shape of a flat iron, like the Fuller Building. The building in your photo also shares this shape, making it a flat-iron building. ;)

    Alright. you can not lose fat in a specific area. You lose fat over time over your entire body. This means that if you are trying to lose fat you need to have a better diet and do cardio. Ab workouts will help define your abs and strengthen them – they will not “burn” the fat the is on top of it.

    Record is 9-9-1. I train 6 days a week, 3x MMA training, 3x weight training. Each session is 1.5 hours, sometimes more, rarely less. Diet is pretty ordinary but I never eat fast food. I eat a lot of fried rice that I cook myself, and if I do eat out it’s usually thai food or kebabs. I eat a lot of cabbage and chicken too. And eggs. Lots and lots of eggs. Also, I drink a protein shake after every workout. The nice thing about fighting at 105 is that you get to eat a lot :)

    I followed MS's recommendation of 8 shakes (one scoop each time), with the first one upon waking, one right after workout, one before sleeping, and the other 5 spread out (except right before workout). The creatine and glutamine are upon waking up, before workout, after workout, and before sleeping.

    On the first day, I mixed the creatine and glutamine into the protein shake for my first, last, and post-workout servings.

    Wearing a girdle will help to support your muscles and get your back in shape. I do not know how long is has been since you had your baby, but you should not drink ice cold drinks or soda for up to 6 weeks after having your baby because they will make you stomach swell and it will be harder to make it flat again. Holding your stomach in while you are walking will also help the muscles to tighten up.

    I'm very sorry to hear.
    my dog died of twisted stomach too
    it took some time to get over, I just had to keep myself occupied and talk to my friends and/or family about it whenever it bothered me
    you can consider getting another dog, but it might be too soon

    It does sound normal. Sometimes I experience more soreness when toning because I do higher reps. When bulking I aim for 5-8 reps. I don't think there is much difference in calories burned between workouts. You will burn more calories when you spend more time working out.

    yes, it has got something to do with the intestines as well. during the adrenalin pump,the hormone mixes with blood and it will have its effect in many organ sites, such as heart, lungs, blood vessels, intestine etc.
    the gastric juice is secreted during the alert signal given by adrenalin, and absence of food in ur stomach and intestine would cause burning sensation.
    if this occurs too often to u, then there are high chances for u to develop ulcers.

    Workout is a noun….which means course of excercise.
    "My workout consists of warm-up, cardio, weight resistance, and cool-down."

    To "Work Out" is a verb. It means to excercise.
    "I can't meet you until 10am; I work out every day from 8:30 to 9:30."

    You need to ask the Dr for certain.

    From the very limited info you have given it could mean they found either a line of fibrosis in the stomach or an area that is potentially a neuroendocrine or carcinoid tumor.
