    I have a slightly protruding stomache. I know this may be difficult to say but if I were to do this exercise everyday, how long would it take for my stomache to be flush with the rest of my body? How long before actual abs become visible? I don’t expect perfect accuracy, a general guidine would be nice, thanks. 18 year old male, by the way, if it makes a difference.

    If i don’t want to have a sixpack but still to have a flat sexy stomach so if I get to that point in.. well let’s just say in about 3 weeks then shoul I do that not so often or what? Hope you understood because I’m not that good at english :)

    @13cbreezy Please stop if it hurts your neck. When performing abdominal activities, it is VERY important not to overload your neck muscles. Act like you have an orange under your chin when doing crunches. Preventing over flexing your neck will help. Be well. Alycia

    @cutechick908 In order to decrease the size of your stomach there are 3 things to consider…cardio, eating well, and abdominal exercises. You cant achieve a flat, strong, healthy stomach without that combination. Be well. Alycia

    im 14 and i just bought this really expensive top. its too tight though, and my belly sticks out! the rest of me is so thin and skinny, its just me stomach.

    Same here. Sugar is a drug. If I take in none I lose the craving for it quickly. If let any sneak back into my diet then I crave it like a junkie craves heroine. Sugar is pure friggin’ evil. Food processors know that it is addictive which is why they put it (or HFCS) in practically everything.

    @PERUANO31 Yes but you have to limit sweet fuits!!! For example 1 apple, or just 1.5 bannana! If you cant do it, and when eat 1 you start to binge and end up eating a bunch, that means you are addicted. SO STOP THAT SHIT!!!

    Beries are nice, thay have lots of nutrients, but still you have to limit yourself a handful would be a portion.

    Beter eat vegatables.

    I’m pretty leery of taking advice on weight loss from somebody who’s likely never been overweight. I dropped 70 pounds based on a lot of research I did, and yes some of it came from this guy, but I can call anybody a “guru” unless they’ve been where I’ve been and back.

    Oh, is Vagina a “drug” because I swear I go through withdrawal?? lol

    when i quit soda i had a constant feeling of hunger in my stomach for about a week. no matter what i ate or how much water i drank i felt hungry. but it eventually passed.
