I thought about variants around the word “Velocity” or “Veloce”, in italian, which defines speed and direction. Which bodybuilder isn't looking for a product that gives rapid and ever increasing results?

    Product names ideas:
    - VelocExpander / Veloce Expander
    - VelocExtreme / Veloce Extreme
    - VelocIgniter / Veloce Igniter
    - Veloce Extreme Igniter NO (V.E.I.N.)

Company/Brand name ideas (just in case ;-) :
    - Veloce Nutrition (or Velocity Nutrition)
    - VelociTech Nutrition
    - LKB Nutrition (Levrone Knows Best Nutrition)

I agree, there are a lot of people I know that have weight problems, and cannot afford to eat healthy like they desire to. There needs to be some kind of waiver, or fresh food voucher for those who are extremely overweight and have been recommended by their doctor to eat healthy. God will bless and there will be a system to help America stay healthy.

Yes and no. In general, I’m happy. I’m alive and mostly healthy and I have shelter and food and entertainment and I do things I generally enjoy. But there’s a lot I want to do that I can’t easily do, and in that sense I am unhappy.

I think I'm more or less like you. I love finding new recipes, but have no creativity required to invent a dish of my own. I started a “Recipes” tab on my page with a few recipes that I can make myself and are goood (at least I think so). There's only 3 so far though.

I'm definitely checking out her page and trying the Strawberry Banana muffins! (Inexpensive AND healthy?!! I gotta try it!) Thanks for the links!

its not so much the food they eat but their level of activity. In the 50's a slab of butter was normal, but so was physical work

I'm really like your reflection and happy for you to be a travel nurse to educate people about healthy diet and nutricient, especially for moms-to-be.
Clearly that, healthy moms will give birth to the healthy babies… inturn, babies will grow up to the healthy people… healthy body, mind, and spirit are things needed for anyone, family, society, and the country

The ideas come from meh brain :D I have a natural tendency to personify objects (for example, food), and objectify and/or animal-ify people…. and I suppose this weird habit provides a new perspective on food. But to answer your other question, the “research” is a culmination of +9 years of watching the Foodnetwork, reading a ton about food, cooking a ton of food, eating a ton of food, and just plain lovin' food…. don't you know that's why we get along so well? because we both love food!

I am not having more salad recipes to publish. only two or three simple recipes.(only vegetarian)

something that alters their personalities. Find ways to deal in a healthy way. Anything that you have to breathe in that is smoke cannot be all that good for your lungs. When a 'compassion club' went up in my town, people acted like children, I am talking about people who are over 40 years old acting like kids. The shop wasn't even being portrayed as a respectable business. Have some dignity. Focus on the healing factors of the drug and not on the mood altering ones.

It’s up to you.. you can do either one but it’s hard to get enough protein with just normal food. Check out our website for examples of what we eat. It’s under “Nutrition” on the top menu. SymbioticFitness . com – Thanks!

Healthy to me is all food groups, low calorie and low fat. I converted our favorite recipes years ago. I learned to use many new spices to make things more flavorful………..I actually like some of these "new" recipes better than the old version.

I guess because you havent eaten in at least 6 hours (most the time)
I hardly ever eat breakfast though. My first meal is usually 2:30ish (ugh, I never eat at school. So I eat when I get home
-if theres anything in the fridge!)

lol, Yeah, I always eat more on the weekends, when I'm more lazy and dont need the food really.
Oh yes GT, its JUST like the astronauts! Like I said, one funny kiddo. lmao!

This show clearly shows how the government is KILLING OUR KIDS… they can't even GIVE that sh***t food to the homeless, the system is only set up to make big companies MONEY and it has nothing to do with nutrition.

Because it is illegal to put a nutrition label on beer. Breweries must submit their labels to the government (I forget whether it is the FDA or the ATF) for approval before they can use them. Failing to do this can bring heavy fines.

Apparently the government doesn't want people to think of alcoholic beverages as part of their nutritional needs, so they forbid the use of nutritional labels.
