We will do normal planks (up to 2 minutes!) and then some variations. The ones you said, plus here is a fun one. Hold the low plank, then “jump” your legs out to the sides, and then “jump” them back in. Do that about 25 times….OUCH! Another good one is to hold the plank, then rock back and forth on your heels. Sounds so simple, but it hurts so good!
Instructional? Well… I suppose I would conclude that you thought I wasn't doing it right. So, I would probably be a little bit annoyed that rather than talk to me, you bought a video. Seriously, you'll have to make sure he doesn't think that it's a criticism of his performance.
I'd think he'd be more open to the idea of a movie with a plot actually. Why not start with things you can rent at mainstream shops, and see how he reacts? You know… wade into the pool.
The founder of Under Armour, Kevin Plank, now owns Sagamore Farm and is restoring it. One of his horses won a Breeder's Cup race. Glad the old farm is being restored to it's former glory.

My only question is whats up with the fake plants covering half of the white-board? Being a videographer, I'm a little confused by its presence in nearly every instructional video you've authored. haha it's just odd.

The plank exercise focuses on your core, which is basically a muscle running throughout your entire body. But, most of the results show in your abs. For your chest and arms, try some push ups.
just ask all the people complaining about planking, “how many times in a day do you use the word Nigga or the phrase ” my nigga, yo nigga, hey nigga, or that nigga crazy” People, pick your battles better. Love your channel girl.
