His fastest 100-Mile Run was 12 hours 56 minutes. In 1986, he astounded the ultra-distance running world when he won the 1000 Mile World Championship and set a new world record by running the distance (1 609.344 kilometers) in 11 days, 20 hours 36 min. 56 sec. In between his 100-Mile National Championship wins and his 1000 Mile World Record, Mittleman set three consecutive American Records in the 6-Day Race, the final one being set in 1985 at the University of Colorado Field House.     Anything remotely disagreeing with your opinions you reject(thumbs down). How do you hope any one else to give something up in a debate if your not even willing to listen to their side or compromise. If you ask me all of the entertainment industry, including studio moguls, is paid too much. Americans that actually work jobs that keep the country going, or make new advances in science, go unrecognized.

    It does sound normal. Sometimes I experience more soreness when toning because I do higher reps. When bulking I aim for 5-8 reps. I don't think there is much difference in calories burned between workouts. You will burn more calories when you spend more time working out.
