Lose Weight With Exercise

Lose Weight With Exercise – Is it Exercise, or Eating Less? Brad Pilon of www.EatStopEat.com and www.BradPilon.com covers the topic of “the Activity Lie” and the concept of losing weight with exercise alone. The philosophy behind Eat Stop Eat is to find the simplest and easiest way to lose weight, and this is by following the Eat Stop Eat lifestyle of fasting Once or Twice per week, combined with resistance training and responsible eating. Using this philosophy, Brad explores the current trend of trying to lose weight with exercise alone. For more expert advice of fasting for weight loss, losing weight or Intermittent fasting visit www.BradPilon.com and www.EatStopEat.com

Great video, and yea, losing weight is not easy, but it’s POSSIBLE. The think is that there is soo many OTHER ways to lose weight. For example, my favourite is dancing to the music I love (2h/day). Or playing soccer with my kids.. there is so many funny and simple methods out there, and you don’t even need to spend hours in gym. I lost about 30 pounds already. All those methods I discovered at w w w weightlossdatabase.info <- this membership site is simply amazing and has some unique ways.

To lose weight, eat less energy than you expend.

To be healthy, exercise, get good nutrition (quality, not quantity), sleep well, form healthy relationships, do good, and follow your passion.

    That’s it. :)

Eating 6 times a day is total bullshit. Who in the world has time to cook and prepare 6 meals per day? I only eat 2-3 times a day and workout 2 hour a day, 4 days a week and I have lost more than 15 in one month.

I have studied natural nutrition and fasting, and kno from experience that one must drink plenty water while fasting. Does this appear in your book as I haven’t heard it said in your videos? Anbother point is how one should break the fast.

As always, you are so succinct and honest! I have been applying this concept for the last few months and have noticed more results than I have in years. Now I have to tackle my “emotional” eating cycle and then I’ll really have mastered this! Thank you Brad!

Great presentation. But what is the need of each individual in terms of exercise and nutrition then? From exercise viewpoint I work out no more than 45 minutes to prevent myself for overtraining. How about nutrition?

Exercise means to go outside and get active. You could even do it inside. There are many ways to exercise. For instance jogging, push ups, sit-ups, chin ups, stretches, etc. But the point is to get up and move around.

I'm pretty sure "Did you loss" is not a proper expression.
"Did you lose" asks a person if they lost something.

You would have to rephrase the search. "You Lose" must have some meaning in the tags set-up by whoever edited that Willy Wonka article. That's what you get when anyone can update and change. Try searching for Pop Culture: You Lose or Pop Culture etc……

    Good Luck!

Because what is "light weight" is individual (based on many factors) I can try to help you figure it out without giving an actual weight amount.

When you pick up a particular weight and start a weight-lifting movement, you feel the heaviness yet you aren't struggling intensively with each repetition. A light weight will feel heavy after 12 repetitions. A heavy weight will feel really heavy on the first repetition. So, to estimate correctly, pick up a weight that you struggle with the weight of the dumbell around the 12th repetition of a set. That is a light weight.

Have you tried a cleanse? With cleaning and exercising I lost 22 lbs in a month. With a good cleanse you can lose up to 10 lbs in 9 days. When you flushed the toxins you flush the fat. And it's not just water weight. Just cleanse, eat healthy and exercise at least 1 hour 3 times a week. I'm now on month 2 and I've lost a total of 34lbs and 77 inches. Good luck.
