    I was disgusted with the journalist who did this CNN story. The IRC has advocated so vociferously for greatly increased Iraqi refugee resettlement and now we have all these refugees out of work and being evicted, yet no questions about that by the journalist. The refugees in Boston left high and dry by IRC and no questions. Rupp's outrageous salary in an organization running mostly on government grants, yet no questions.

    Not surprisingly, I am out of town again (….more air squats… ) I will be dropping in for a bit then off to Africa for around 2 months. SO, now I have a question:

    I KNOW we have our travel workouts, but they get a bit tired after a while. Does anyone know of a good way to add some pizazz to hotel room workouts (most hotels I stay at do not have gyms)? Or maybe some structure to logic to the travel workouts that helps build on a theme?

    I like that this guy has such a positive outlook on life,despite the fact he has every reason to be miserable,but the title of the video “Take a look at yourself after watching this”…So,what?This is inspirational,but is the title supposed to make people feel guilty for having a different or even opposite outlook?I’ll not dislike this vid myself,but I reckon the title is the reason many did.

    cardio burns fat but push ups and sit ups make muscle.
    Cardio is like jumping rope jumping jacks running walking biking. It is recommended to do it 30 min a day

    Io ho iniziato a correre per potermi comprare il cardiofrequenzimetro :P . Comunque nelle tabelle per crescere di chilometraggio non è impotante la velocità (per dire, io a 10K sotto i 60 minuti non ci sono mai arrivato; se mi sforzassi li farei sicuramente, ma non ne vedo il motivo, visto che correndo vicini ai propri limiti aumenta esponenzialmente il rischio di farsi male).

    People do not just wake up fat one day, its a combination of over eating, and a lack of exercise, you need to get your heart pumping do some solid cardio workout do for a 10k bike ride or run or jog for 1-5k at least 3 times a week.
