All those superfood cost a shitload of money. To eat an appropriate amount of them so that it actually affects your health, you’ll have to pay a few hundred bucks a month only for those nutrients.

@whalewatcher321 I like it softer than others might. It’s usually…

1 part Quinoa to 2 part water.

But I like to go with 1 part Quinoa to 3 part water.

Boiled with a stock cube of you’re flavour, soft and lovely :)

@twodoortwo if it turns gummy when you cook it… you are not cooking it the right way. You added to much water probably. you need 1.25 cups of water to one cup of quinoa…

acai isn’t a berry…… goji berries are cheaper if you buy the dried berry… I can eat handfuls of them, they are tasty!!!! makes me wonder what junk they put in your goji juice if it isn’t tasty. you didn’t even mention goji is a longevity food… agave is NOT a super food… it doesn’t even come from the fruit of the agave… but the heart of the plant… it’s what they use to make tequila. there are so many errors in this….. o_o it’s like she just spent 2 hours researching superfoods…

She’s so skinny because she eats the most untasty foods on the planet. I can appreciate that she’s made herself learn to love them. Quinoa turns gummy when you cook it, it’s rather gross. :-P

You say the meditaranians eat alot of cheese…..but how is that cheese processed…..Americans eat too many processed foods….inclluding their dairy….the enzymes are killed when it is heated……no wonder America is so sick….they need to eat more raw veggies and fruits…..
