Top 10 skin care tips
Top 10 skin care tips

Healthy skin is really one of the most important ingredients for beauty-enhancement. This article on skin care tips is an effort to bring the 10 best skin care tips to you. The list of skin care tips has been restricted to 10 because anything more that that would not only be difficult to remember, but also shadow the more important skin care tips. So let’s see what these top ten skin care tips are:
* Knowing your skin type is one of the most important skin care tip. This is important because not every skin care product suits everyone. In fact, all the skin care products specify the type of skin they cater too.
* ‘Drink a lot of water’. This will not keep your skin moist but will help in overall upkeep of your health (and in turn your skin). It might seem a bit awkward to some, however, this is an important skin care tip.
* Cleanse your skin regularly (1-2 times everyday). A very effective skin care tip that helps in getting rid of the dirt and other harsh elements from your skin. Cleansing is especially important when you have been out of your house (and hence exposed to pollutants, dust etc). This skin care tip also advocates the use of Luke warm water for cleansing (hot and cold water, both, cause damage to your skin)
* Be gentle, after all it’s your skin. Don’t scrub/exfoliate too hard or too often. Similarly, don’t apply too much or too many skin care products. A must-to-follow skin care tip.
* Keep your skin moist at all times. This is one of the most important skin care tip. Don’t let your skin get dry. Dryness causes the outer layer of your skin to break, leading to a rough and unattractive appearance. Use moisturisers/ emollients. Moisturisers work best when applied while the skin is still damp.
* Avoid the use of soap on your face. Soap should only be used from below the neck. A small but important skin care tip.
* Use sunscreen to protect yourself from sun’s harmful UV radiations. You can use day-time moisturisers that have sunscreen built into them. Use them even when it’s cloudy. UV radiations are known to cause skin cancer, so follow this skin care tip without fail.
* A bit of exercise and good sleep are essential too, not just for skin care but for your health as a whole. Lack of sleep can lead to formation of wrinkles below your eyes and lack of exercise can cause your skin to slack. Moreover, exercise and sleep also help in beating stress. So besides being a skin care tip, this is also a health care tip.
* Treat skin dilemmas with care. This skin care tip is about not ignoring any skin dilemmas. Consult your dermatologist before you go on to use a skin care product (lest you do end up harming your skin even more).
* Beat the stress. The harmful effects of stress are known to everyone, however, sometimes stating the obvious is essential too (and hence this skin care tip found its place here). Yes, stress harms skin too. So, take a break or indulge in a warm bubble bath or just get good sleep.

Eddie– The idea is that Everyone pays for Health Care. There is no such thing as someone who doesn't pay for health care costs (except for people who abuse emergency rooms). The individual mandate is essentially a tax that regulates how people pay for health care. What it is saying is that, if you refuse to buy health care, this has to be offset in order to keep health care costs down for when you DO want health care. Therefore, they impose a tax. You can still refuse health care. You just have to pay for it.
Excellent article and descriptions with respect to brain fitness. It can get confusing out there. Brain fitness parallels physical fitness in that both require regular varied exercise, nutrition and rest/recovery. But you don't necessarily have to pay for brain fitness – games like checkers, chess and other free brain games all work well. However, paid for programs do offer more science behind them and target key cognitive functions.
thanks for trying with these people man. most can't gasp the fact that the “national socialists” were anything BUT socialists…but didnt you know??? hitlers final solution involved universal healthcare….
I think you would have to be suffering from a serious mental illness like schizophrenia. Personality disorders or depression etc would not be seen as quite so potentially dangerous. You may have to tell them if you have ever been admitted to a mental health hospital or are taking any prescription meds / antidepressants.
What a wonderful show of support for health care by Connecticut's ministers, legislators and communities. It is invigorating to share the light together to improve the health care system in Connecticut with the implementation of SustiNet. SustiNet will streamline the state's health care spending, promote good health and deliver quality care, and offer choice and affordable health care.
yeah i think im going to take the stairs…..you know for exercise (yeah right)

I got his book Democracy from the library today. I am a fan of Mr. Moyers as well and exposes the truth of America that we NEED to hear to make a better nation. I do agree with Moyers when he says that fixing healthcare will Be the greatest progressive of the 21st Century. Medicare, Civil Rights, and Social Security were of the 20th. Do you think we'll be able to fix healthcare and help the folks out? I really hope so.

No. The woman has obviously never seen a Twinkie she didn't like.
At least Laura Bush had an education and a background in the reading initiative she pushed. Michelle knows no more about 'nutrition' or 'fitness' than the nice lady that lives across the street from me. Goes to credibility. Michelle's got none and so, I can do without her preaching.

I know you posted a year ago, but I had to respond. Being “fit” by crossfit's definition is exactly what you just described. Being “fit” in general means many different things to many different people. Being fit as a crossfitter is very different than being fit as a powerlifter or a marathon runner. All of these people are undoubtedly fit, but in different areas. You can accept crossfit's definition of fitness, but look elsewhere and you'll find many different, acceptable definitions.
Microsoft in a healthcare setting? They have a lot of catching up to do with Cerner and Siemens.. this video is so unrealistic, it baffles me. It’s pretty clear that the people who made this video know nothing about healthcare- eg. there are no oral meds for type I diabetes. This is how they envision a microsoft-future, with pointless touchscreens around every corner.. In the future, when you go to your pharmacy, you won’t have to talk to anyone! Questions about your new medication? Too bad!

"Salvera" is actually incorrect Latin.
"salveo, salvere, salui, salutum" means "to be in good health"
Salve is the Latin word for "Hello" or "Good Day"
If you want a word that means "I am in good health" go with "Salvem"
if you want a noun, go with "bono salus", or you could go with simply "salus", which somewhat implies well-being
So basically if you want a verb, go with "Salvem" and if you want a noun, go with "Salus"
I have been going to 24 hour fitness for about a year now and I have never seen anybody using it. I can't say if it will work or not. You might ask them if they have one you can try out for a day or so.
