    Thats right buddy. Core training helps strengthen your abs… But it won't necesarily get you a "sexy midsection" if your body-fat levels are too high. If you can't even see your abs then what you need to focus on is full body intense exercises…like these.

    Squats
    Deadlifts
    Overhead press
    Bench press
    Clean and press
    Pullups and Chinups
    Hill sprints

    Some of these, like the squats and pullups are also really good because they double as abdominal exercises. They are perfect for saving time because they burn lots of energy and also work your abs.

    Use partition magic, unless you want to start from scratch:

    create partition for win xp…install
    install win98 on other partition
    config xp for boot menu
