I use to think Jimi Hendrix was the best guitar player of all time until I found John McLaughlin/Shakti and Al Di Meola/romantic warrior. Different in style, but what mastery.

Until we are able to get useable energy from any of these solar engines that we see on youtube! we could put them all into the class of the radiometer. we watch it spin and produce nothing! Now lets get busy and make these devices preform a usefull service! like out produce a photo voltaic cell, or pump water. any thing but spin! and make noise.

Yoga is Not for weightloss. It does Not tone your muscles, it does Not strengthen the muscle. In order to lose weight and tone up you must lift weights and do cardio. I am not bashing yoga, if you like it do it, but don’t expect to get lean, hard muscles from doing it. You will only obtain flexibility. If you have enough time to do yoga on the days that you are not weight training, go for it! Stretching is sill important.

Solar Panels are still very basic .i think they only catch 3% of sun light from total surface area.
It's probably why they haven't made spherical ones, as they're still working on the boring flat ones.

That's confusing the mythological-religious level of reality with the biological-scientific level.

It's confusing levels. One level is not answerable to the other.

Also, it's sexist. Many folk consider Shakti created Shiva, or that they gave rise to one another, or that Shakti controls Shiva. It's simply not the basic mythological relationship you suggest; the reality is more complicated.

Wait, there's such thing as christian yoga? What has this world come to that people have to have religion mixed in with excercise?

Yoga, is the sum total of all the activities of mind, speech and body. Yoga adapted both physical postures (asanas) and breath control (pranayama). Some moves are stretching, other are strengthening. dated back 3300–1700 B.C.E. It is very relaxing as you focus your muscular and breathing function. NO. It cannot help people channel emotions into brain.

Just like slow rhythm of Tai Chi, it is very relaxing

Yoga is great physical exercise. The difference is that one does not "look into oneself". Yoga as physical exercise is fine, though.

If we meditate on anything, it should be God and His word (written or spoken), His attributes, etc.

the "flow" is usually considered what most people think or are doing, or what is occurring in a situation,,,,, it is sometimes good to go with the flow, like drifting down a river,, but it is also good sometimes to go against the flow, battle you way upstream! the hard part is deciding which is best in any situation
